Returns & Refunds

At BlackElix, we stand by the quality of our Black Seed products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help!

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔️ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔️ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
✔️ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
❌ Items purchased on final sale or with special discounts.
❌ Gift cards and digital products.

Return Process

1️⃣ Initiate a Return – Contact us at support@blackelix.com with your order details.
2️⃣ Ship the Item – After approval, send the product back using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
3️⃣ Refund Processing – Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a replacement? If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check:
✔️ Your bank account for pending transactions.
✔️ Your credit card provider, as refunds may take a few days.
✔️ Contact us if the refund is not processed within 10 business days.
