Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, opened, or tampered products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Exchanges & Damaged Products

Received a damaged or defective item? We’re truly sorry! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with a photo, and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
