At BlackElix, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Please contact our support team at (messagemevan@gmail.com) before sending any returns. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, opened, or tampered products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges & Damaged Products

  • Received a damaged or defective item? We’re truly sorry! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with a photo, and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
